保固條款

Warranty Terms

產品若因下列情況，將不在本公司保證範圍內：

  1. 未能提出保固卡或資料記載不實與刪改。
  2. 保固卡未蓋店章及未標示購買日期。
  3. 使用本公司指定的消耗品以外之物時。
  4. 擅自拆裝或修改導致損壞者。
  5. 未依使用注意事項及使用說明正確使用而導致損壞者。
  6. 由於天災及其他人為不可抗力因素者(含運送、安裝不當等)。

說明：

  • 卡鉗類產品自購買日起享一年的保固，請您自行保存購買發票或保固卡。
  • 若無法提供購買發票或證明，經 TRIONES-川歐力士 查詢，若超出 TRIONES-川歐力士 出廠日期 12 個月，將視為保固外產品。
  • 保固外的付費維修，經 TRIONES-川歐力士 維修後，享有 90 天的保固期。
  • 對違反任何國家法律而取得及/或使用之產品或服務，TRIONES-川歐力士 保留拒絕保固申請的權利。
  • TRIONES-川歐力士 保留檢修或更換產品的權利。
  • 經非授權之檢修或修改可能造成產品永久性損壞，且將喪失您的產品保固。

Warranty Terms

  1. Products will not be covered by the company’s warranty due to the following conditions: Failure to file a warranty card or misrepresentation of the information.
  2. The warranty card is not covered and the purchase date is not indicated. When using anything other than the consumables specified by the company.
  3. Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the person causing damage.
  4. Failure to use the product according to the precautions and instructions for use.
  5. Because natural disasters and others are force majeure factors (including transportation, improper installation, etc.).

 

Description:

  • The caliper products are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Please save your purchase invoice or warranty card.
  • If the purchase invoice or certificate cannot be provided, it will be regarded as a warranty product if it is exceeded by TRIONES – 12 months after the date of delivery.
  • Paid repairs outside the warranty, after  TRIONES repair, product will enjoy a 90-day warranty .
  • TRIONES reserves the right to refuse a warranty application for products or services obtained and/or used in violation of any national law.
  • TRIONES reserves the right to repair or replace products unauthorized repairs or modifications may result in permanent damage to the product and will void your product warranty.
